THE FAT-FREE DIET
In close cooperation with hospital
dietists a low fat nutritional plan is developed. This plan is also known as
hospital diet or yoghurt diet. After three weeks on this diet the results
are amazing. If you stick to the nutritional plan, a person weighing 80 kg
will lose about 10 kg, being 12% of his body weight! Some people who
followed the diet for half a year lost almost 25 kg.
LOSING
WEIGHT, I WILL NEVER SUCCEED
Many people are overweight. The
first steps to lose weight are hard. Your weight loss is marginal, and when
this is followed by a slight weight gain, you think why bother, just one
hamburger won't make a difference. You have to stop
these bad habits. If you can commit to the first week, and you start seeing
those real results on the scale, you will find a sudden elevation in
self-esteem and respect for yourself that you had forgotten was possible.
You feel better and will become more active and soon you decide that it
would be a pity to ruin things by taking a fat snack or sweets. Now you know
you will succeed!
DURATION OF THE DIET
You
should stick to the diet for three weeks, after which you follow the
nutritional plan just one day a week for a couple of weeks. If you want to
lose even more weight after this period, you can start another period of
three weeks.
THE FIRST WEEK
It would be most helpful if the scale
would show a few kg less after the first week, in order for you to feel
motivated to carry on. With this diet you are allowed a reasonable variety
of foods and the good thing is, that you don't have to take miracle pills
that are bad for your health as well as for your wallet. Stick to the diet and
there will be a guaranteed weight loss of about 6 Lbs. It is advisable to
drink a minimum of two liter of water per day.
THE
WEEKEND
In the weekend you are allowed to
eat normal meals, as long as you don't trying to catch up with your bad
habits by taking only fat fast food meals. One or two snacks during the
weekend will do no harm.
THE NEXT TWO WEEKS
The
next two weeks are similar to the first.
When you see
the results that these changes bring, you will be glad you did not give up!
